NagaSekai Consultancy provides international talent development, training, and mobility advisory services. We facilitate preparation and placement pathways but do not guarantee employment outcomes, visa approval, or immigration success in any destination country.
3. No Guarantee
Final hiring decisions rest solely with employer partners. Visa and immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities. We provide preparation, guidance and facilitation - not assurance of a specific result.
4. Fees
Any fees associated with training programs, application processing, or consultancy services will be communicated clearly before engagement. We do not charge candidates for job placement. Employers and partners are billed per agreed terms.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability
